Updated again on at 14.00 on 6 May to show scratchings. Affected crews have already been informed.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you train on non-Environment Agency controlled waters (e.g. if you are a Tideway school/club, Canford, King's Canterbury, Gravesend, Bryanston, Cheltenham College, Eastbourne College, Poplar Blackwall, Wiltshire Sculling Club, Warwick University, but don't rely on this list to be exhaustive) you MUST have licences for putting your boat on EA waters to race at this regatta. The system for this changed on 1 April this year, and there is no longer a mechanism for us to give you a day license. You can apply for licenses online here http://www.britishrowing.org/boat-licences but you have to RING British Rowing to pay for them, so don't leave it till 5pm on Friday! British Rowing recommend that if you have only purchased yor licenses in the last month, you should bring a print out of the email they sent you confirming payment for your license, to prove that you have a license as the EA don't have real-time access to the BR database of licensed boats.
If EA inspectors decide to attend Thames Ditton and find your boat is not licensed, they may stop you from boating, and in these circumstances we would not be able to refund your entry fees. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you have purchased appropriate licenses.
